This box was hefty, heavy and full of goodies. It may have been the best box I’ve gotten so far from BoxyCharm. Check out what I got inside…
Damn it’s a good day when you get a box full of beauty products, am I right? This box is legit, it’s got a ton of great products and I’m really excited to share with you guys. This box adds up to $352. You pay around $50 for the box and this is worth over $300. Insane. Let’s get into it.

Tarte Tartiest Pro Glow Cheek Palette V3 | $45
First up this palette – Tarte’s Pro Glow palette are so damn beautiful. They’re classy and sleek. I love the packaging so much. I love my original Pro Glow palette so I don’t think this is going to disappoint at all, I was really hoping I would get this in my box. It looks a little too dark for me right now though to be honest especially the contour and bronzer at the bottom. I’ll definitely try this out and see how it looks, if it doesn’t work now I’ll try it when I have a little bit of a tan and get back to you.

Touch In Sol No Poreblem Prime Essence | $23
In another BoxyCharm I got Touch In Sol’s No Poreblem Primer and I love it. It reminds me of the Smashbox Photo Finish primer while being a little more hydrating, little less thick, and 100% better smelling. It’s not as matte as the Smashbox one, but like I said it’s more hydrating so that’s nice. This priming essence though is something I’ve never even heard of and it’s got some weird packaging.
I used it this morning and I was pleasantly surprised. If you look at the picture above you can see the weird tip and it comes out almost like water, I put some in my hand, I’d say don’t put too much unless you want to be dewy-dewy. I was glowing pretty hard this morning and on a 100 degree day that was not the goal. I’m not sure it did a ton of priming my skin for makeup. I have pretty large pores around my nose and up near my cheeks so I like to have a good pore-filling primer, but this definitely made my concealer last longer than normal. I think it’ll be great for the summer in combination with another primer. It also smells so pretty!

Dominique Cosmetics Lemonade Lipgloss in Strawberry Lemonade | $17
I really wanted this to smell like lemons and it smells kind of like the NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams if you’ve ever tried those. Suuuuuper sweet, butterscotch frosting kind of sweet. It’s not my favorite smell, but I’ll deal with it. I haven’t tried this out, thinking about maybe putting this in a giveaway some time this summer!

PYT Mini Turbo On-The-Go Dryer | $85
This thing is legit. When I first took it out of the bag I thought it was going to be flimsy and was a little worried that the attachments would just burn off. This thing is strong. This is stronger than my Kristin Ess compact hair dryer by far. I honestly might use this more often than that just because it takes me half the amount of time to blow dry. It’s pretty great that it comes with dual voltage – two different settings, 120V and 230V, so you can use it around the world.

Dr. Brandt Clean Biotic PH-Balanced Yogurt Cleanser with Chlorophyll | $35
I love how gentle all the products in this month’s box are. No lie I think the combination of this cleanser and the Farmacy night serum has been helping the texture and redness of my skin lately and I’ve only used them a few times. I’ve really been loving this as a morning cleanser. I’ve been trying to be more aware of what cleanser I use in the morning.
For the longest time I used CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser, which is nice and clarifying, but I’ve been realizing my face has been pretty dehydrated lately so I wanted to use a more gentle cleanser in the morning since you don’t necessarily need to do a full wash in the morning – I mean technically you washed your face less than 10 hours before that with a full routine. I love this for the morning. It has a thin consistency, super lightweight, doesn’t lather too much, kind of feels oily, but you feel nice and clean after.

Farmacy Honeymoon Glow AHA Resurfacing Night Serum | $58
I absolutely LOVE this. This might be my favorite thing in the box. I love a good serum and this brand is amazing. This is the second Farmacy product I’ve gotten from Boxycharm and they’ve both been wins.
I honestly woke up with brighter skin in the morning. I use a love of AHA’s so my skin is pretty used to acids, and this has 14% acid in it. If you’ve used Sunday Riley’s Good Genes this is kind of like it, smells similar, but is a way lighter consistency. I really really love this stuff. It says it’s made exclusively for Boxycharm, but you can get it from Sephora and other stores as well.

Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast | $29
Wow. wow. wow. I absolutely love this stuff. I told you guys I’ve been feening for hair products lately. It’s the Leo in me I swear, if my hair looks bad my hair is already off to a bad start. This smells incredible. I will use products just because they smell good, but this actually does give you nice texture with only one or two sprays. Well worth the money, I think this is going to last me a while! I had the most luscious, tossed hair for an entire day of drinking so you know this is the real deal. Also they NAILED the name, this shit has a strong spray. A true blast.

trèStiQue Good Vibes Mascara | $25
I want to love this so bad. I like the wand it doesn’t clump too much, but damn does this flake and smudge. I wore this for the first time in 100 degree weather, so yes it may have been the heat, but I got home from work and walked to dog and when I got home I had mascara smudged all along my bottom lashes. I even used lash primer so that’s a no for me. I ran over to my boyfriend, who I work with, and said, “Please tell me this is not how my mascara has looked all day”.
This might be a pass for me, I’m going to try it a couple more times, but I mean I was sitting in an air conditioned office all day and it was all over. Also not really loving the eyelash curler situation on the top. I absolutely love where they were going with this, but it’s not the easiest to use and doesn’t give a great curl.

Skin&Co Truffle Therapy Radiant Dew Mist | $35
God damn, this is refreshing. Slightly minty, a little sticky when you first use it but it doesn’t bother me. I’ll let you guys know how it is after using it more regularly, so far so good. I will say the spray is not my favorite, pull it away from your face the first few times unless you want it to shoot right at you.
As I’ve said over and over this box was killer. I was thinking of cancelling my subscription, but congratulations Boxycharm you have me again. Do you have Boxycharm or Boxyluxe, what were your favorite products of the month?
