Here’s the end of Week 2 of LivOn Lab’s Lypo-Spheric Magnesium L-Threonate update
This post is a couple days late, but Fourth of July slowed me down, forgive me?
I’ll be honest – I’m not sure this is working anymore. I don’t want to throw a wrench in this challenge, or this blog post for that matter, right off the bat. So stay with me. But I’m all about expressing my honesty on this blog, and as of right now I feel like I’m taking it just to take it at this point. The first week felt a little like a ritual, it was nice having a routine with this, now it feels like an obligation right before running out of the house. “Aww damn, magnesium!” I run back in the house and chug it down quick.
There are so many things we do regularly that drain our natural magnesium, and drinking is one of them. Between friend’s birthdays, Fourth of July, summer fun, brunch, and the occasional glass or two of wine after a long day I have kind of been drinking a lot lately.
The whole point of this challenge was to see if this was going to work for the average person, someone that probably should work out more than they do, eat a little better than they do, and think more positively – I wanted to see if this could be a stepping stone to a better lifestyle, but it seems this is more of a get your shit together then add this into the mix… maybe?
As of right now, after two weeks, I’d say pass. I’m still going to continue to use it because who knows, maybe after week 3 I become a super hero and I absolutely love this shit. As of right now, nah, hard pass. I stand by what I said in my last update, it definitely helped me the first couple days, kind of like a shock to my system in the best way, and now I’m just dragging along this challenge.
