I’m here to report one month after starting LivOn Labs Lypo-Spheric L-Threonate supplements that I may have lied to you…
Don’t get all worried – I didn’t lie to you guys, I lied to myself because I’m not sure whether or not this stuff does anything. Disclaimer: I didn’t follow all the recommendations that come with the supplements. I didn’t eat a gluten-free diet, I didn’t stop drinking alcohol or anything like that. As I’ve said in my other update posts on this – I wanted to see if this worked with a normal ass lifestyle. So take this with a grain of salt, or take it for what is it if you would do the same thing.
Overall, I think it was a good idea to try something new. I will try all kinds of things to get rid of my anxiety, but I wish I had better news to report. At this point I’m still on a mission to find the right supplement for me that helps with my anxiety, memory, hormones. Basically I’m asking for a magic pill, know of any?
If you’ve read my other posts you know that in the beginning I was all about this stuff. I honestly felt so much more focused in the morning and it had an immediate effect the first few days. I know this because I remember at one point, 3 or 4 days in asking myself… can you overdose on Magnesium because I was feeling too wired at night. The instructions say to take 2 hours before bed and I had to take it right when I got home from work because if I didn’t I’d be up all night.
After that initial punch that first week it all went downhill. I don’t feel like anything else happened. I was taking it every morning and every night up until the third week rolled around, but eventually I started forgetting to take it because it wasn’t doing anything for me. There was no incentive for me to take it, ya know? I still have a few packets from the fourth week because I gave up. I don’t even want to look at them anymore, I feel lied to. I’m really upset that this didn’t work out for me because I had high expectations.
It’s not hard – you squeeze a little tube into a shot glass of water or juice, or whatever you have on hand, and that’s it. However, I stopped enjoying to take it around the 3rd week, and as I said the 4th week I was completely turned off of it.
I think if you live a much healthier lifestyle than I do and you are already on a grain-free, gluten-free, alcohol-free diet and you’re suffering from anxiety and memory problems maybe give it a try? Let me know if it works on that diet because I can tell you it doesn’t work if you’re consuming all those things.
Have you had similar effects, have you done a full month? Let me know in the comments!
