Stockings are my absolutely favorite parts of gifts. My family wraps each gift in the stocking individually, and I just have so much fun going through the entire thing. They’re not usually the most expensive gifts, but gifts you use all the time, or small things people know you’re going to love. I just love how personal, and useful stockings are.
Also, maybe an unpopular opinion – not all stocking gifts need to fit inside the stocking. My too much gene definitely shows here, but hear me out.
I thought I’d start off these gift guides easy, small things you can buy while you’re running errands or unexpectedly. Holiday shopping is a marathon, and a race. Here are some gifts, all under $25.
I usually also start looking for stocking stuffers by going to Urban Outfitters. It’s such a great place to find quirky, fun, useful, or trendy stuff for both guys and girls. I had way too much fun searching for all of these that I had to cut down some of the stuff… I think I eventually just started shopping for myself! Even bought the slides from this post, shhh.
OUAI UO Exclusive Holiday Set ($25) – Manifesting this for myself because this is such a great gift set for a wife, girlfriend, best friend, sister… the list goes on. If you have a woman in your life that likes beauty and haircare get this.
iPhone Charger Splitter ($10) – The reviews aren’t great on this, but I mean… it’s a $10 charger so you can’t expect it to be indestructible, but this is an amazing idea. If you’re like me and have an older car that doesn’t have bluetooth this is a godsend to be able to charge your phone and play music at the same time. If you know someone that still uses an aux cord in their car, they need this.
Anthropologie Bistro Monogram Mug ($12) – I’m a mug collector so when I get thoughtful, hard-to-find, or handmade mugs I get so excited. These are beautiful and personal and I think man or woman they’d use a nice mug.
You Are A Badass Every Day by Jen Sincero ($12.45) – Another one I want to get, I have her first book “You Are A Badass” on my phone and I’ve listened to it multiple times. I love this so much, and it’s not too motivational if you know what I mean. She says God a lot, but also The Universe, and I just really love how she leaves it open for the listener to take what they need from it.
If you’re buying for someone like me that prefers audiobooks, you can also leave a cute note in their stocking with the link to their new audiobook.
Jason Markk Essential Kit ($16) – This is probably the best shoe cleaner I’ve ever used. If you know a sneakerhead then you need this. I’ve used this to clean the knit of my Yeezys and it works so well. The brush in the set is only for the sole of the shoe, it’s a little too abrasive for the knit, but works great if you’re trying to clean the rubber of the sole.
New York Coffee Cup ($15) – Have a New Yorker in your life? Get this, don’t ask questions. If you’ve even spent a day in New York you know this is the to-go cup.
Nike Sportswear Everyday Essential Socks ($16 for the pack) – You don’t need to by a full pack, all up to you. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten socks over the years for Christmas presents, and I’m never mad. White crew socks with sneakers are such a trend now, and even if you’re not buying for someone who cares about trends, they’ll wear them around the house for sure.
Adidas Adilette Comfort Slides ($21 sale!) – Who doesn’t love a pair of slides? I want to dog in mine every day, they’re so easy to throw on if you’re running to do laundry, grabbing the mail, anything. Love, love, love. I would buy these for anyone. The black on black is so sleek and easy to clean, too.
FACE HALO Pro 3 Set ($22) – Perfect for your girlfriend, mom, sister, or anyone who wears makeup or washes their face at night. If you’ve seen them use makeup wipes before then they will use these. Earth-friendly, reusable.
Vital Protein Sampler ($16) – This one’s for the wellness people in your life. If they take supplements, drink smoothies, or take care of themselves I think they’d like this one.
Tortoise Shell PopSocket ($20) – I just think this is a nice looking PopSocket, a little more sophisticated. If you’re not into this one, just out some others on their website.
Fujifilm Disposable Camera 2-Set ($16) – I always buy these for music festivals, and I really just like having them around the house. Whenever I’m going through a big life moment… moving, getting a dog, holidays, road trips, etc. I take pics with disposable cameras because they just feel so pure. You can’t fix them, they’re truly in the moment and feel more special. I think this is a fun gift, and cute to keep around.
Burt’s Bees Balm ($6) – Out of all the lip balms I’ve used I always go back to this one. This is a bit minty so if you don’t like this then it’s prob not for you, but this is so hydrating and easy. Grab a 2-pack if you want to give one, and keep one, or gift them with a backup when they inevitably lose theirs.
M&M Filled Candy Canes ($1) – Don’t skimp on the candy guys. Sometimes not everything fits into the stocking and that’s fine. Grab one of those candy canes full of kisses or m&m’s and add in some Reese’s trees.
I love reading people’s suggestions for stocking stuffers every year and it always blows my mind that nobody ever says candy. I’m sorry – have you ever not gotten candy thrown in your stocking as well? Gotta add a handful or two of candy. Such an easy grab when you’re running through Target or a pharmacy.
Any other stockings suggestions? What was your favorite gift you got and favorite you’ve given in stockings?
